What is PTC?
PTC means Paid To Click. This may seem too good to be true but joining these programs give advertisers an opportunity to exchange traffic and get more hits. They do pay for their advertising and the more hits they get, the more they pay. This is what PTC programs do, they pay their members to click a link, and the advertisers pay them.

How to earn with PTC?
Aside from clicking ads, you can earn by referring people. If these people clicks as well, then you earn a certain percentage of their earnings. Some programs also offer paid to read emails, paid to answer surveys, etc. But what is clicking to an average websurfer? For just a couple of minutes, you get to earn dollars/cents just by clicking.

PTC programs are scams or legitimate?

Of course there are scams but there are also legitimate and proven. Do not sign up for a program that asks for credit card information (except Paypal/Alertpay), or any confidential data. If the program seems too good to be true, then most probably it is out to fool you. Always check the forums and look for proofs of payment. Cashout the moment you reach the minimum cashout request.

Some PTC programs use Paypal, Alertpay and LibertyReserve. Others send checks to the member's address.

What you need for Paypal:

For Philippines, without Credit Card:
